Staging helps showcase the best aspects of the home, which results in the home selling quicker and at the highest possible price. Our team strategically picks pieces that will highlight the classic elements of the home. We choose furnishings and accessories that will enhance the home’s classic appeal and draw in as many potential buyers as possible. We will be choosing a color palette that flows with the finishes of the home and adding accents that will pop in photography.

Our team will evaluate, create, and finalize a proposal for the space to be sent for your approval.
Step 3 - Scheduling
Upon approval, we schedule a day that works best for you or your client to begin the transformation.
Step 4 - Staging Installation
Our trained movers and designers will install and stage the home to speak to buyers and guests.
