We offer a free, 30-minute, in-person visit where we tour your space, discuss your design needs and get a feel for your style and the functionality of your space.

This step in our process is held in the design consultation room in our furniture store. Together, we will review the scope of the project and discuss your expectations. At this time we will review our contract and work together to establish a design plan that meets your needs and fits within your budget.

During this step, our team will create room boards with an overall design scheme, initial inspi- ration, furniture, and accent options. This helps us learn more about your vision and allows us to form a more detailed design plan.

During the design development phase, we create furniture layouts, color schemes, and other elements to bring your vision to life. To give you a clear picture of the final outcome, we create detailed renderings. We also source any necessary inventory or special order items. For renovation projects, we work closely with contractors and trade professionals to ensure seamless coordination.​

The final step in our process is the implementation of the design plan. This includes the delivery and installation of all purchased items, as well as any necessary renovations. Our team of professionals will carefully place all items according to the agreed-upon design plan, taking care to protect your space and belongings. For renovation projects, our designers will do on-site check-ins to ensure everything is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with the design plan. They will work closely with the contractor and other trade professionals to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the project is completed on time. During this phase, any final touches and adjustments will be made to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result.​

We will address any final issues or concerns that you may have and make any necessary adjustments.
